At Stallion Power Tools, we offer premium tools and machinery engineered for durability and performance. Due to the sensitive and technical nature of our products, we strictly regulate returns and refunds to protect our quality standards and prevent misuse.

Returns – Firm Conditions Apply
• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 36 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will be automatically rejected.
• All returns must be pre-approved by our team. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s cost.
• To request a return, contact stallionpowertool@gmail.com within 36 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a detailed reason for the return.

Returned Items – Strict Requirements

Returned items must meet all the following conditions to be eligible:
1. Unused and uninstalled — any sign of use, tampering, wear, or testing disqualifies the return.
2. Sealed packaging — packaging must be intact, unbroken, and include all labels, manuals, parts, and accessories.
3. Protective film and seals must be untouched (if applicable).
4. Must include the original invoice and return authorization number.
5. Items must be safely packed to avoid damage in transit; damages due to poor return packaging will void the return.
6. The product must pass our inspection and quality check after return.

If even one of the above conditions is not met, the return will be rejected and the item returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items – No Exceptions

To ensure product integrity, the following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
• Items with signs of use, scratches, wear, oil stains, dust, or marks.
• Products that have been installed, tested, or operated.
• Electrical tools or parts once packaging has been opened.
• Items with missing packaging, manuals, tags, or accessories.
• Custom orders, bulk orders, or special-request products.
• Items labeled as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Non-Returnable”.
• Any product not purchased directly from StallionPowerTools.com.
• Returns requested after 36 hours of delivery.

Refunds – Conditional and Delayed
• Refunds are not issued until the product:
• Has been received,
• Fully inspected, and
• Approved for return.
• Processing Time: Allow 7–10 business days after approval for refund processing.
• Deductions:
• Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
• A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply, based on inspection.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

Order Cancellations
• Orders may only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Stallion Power Tools reserves the right to decline cancellation requests based on processing status.
